Credit rules
- ANNUALBilled once per year. Credits arrive every 30 days from your billing date — they are not granted all at once.
- PLAN CREDITSPlan credits expire at the end of each 30-day cycle. They do not roll over or accumulate.
- CANCELINGCancel anytime. Your credits keep arriving to the end of the period you paid for.
- ONE-TIMEEach pack is a single payment. Nothing renews.
- VALIDITYPack credits stay valid for 365 days from the day you buy them.
- SPENDINGCredits are spent only on videos that finish. A video that fails or times out returns its credits.
Questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can buy a one-time credit pack on its own, starting at $9.90 for 500 credits, and nothing renews. Pack credits stay valid for 365 days. A monthly or annual plan is there if you make videos every month and want a lower price per credit.
Can I try without creating an account?
Yes, on the pages below. Press Create, pay once for a credit pack, and your video starts generating with no account. To keep your videos on another device later, open the link in the email we send to the address you paid with and sign in.
When is annual billed?
Once, at purchase — $251.16, $359.28, or $719.28. The monthly prices shown on the Annual tab are the effective rate, not a payment schedule.
How long do credits last?
Plan credits reset every 30 days and do not roll over. Pack credits stay valid for 365 days from the day you buy them.
What happens when a video fails?
Its credits go back to your balance automatically — failures and timeouts included. You pay only for videos that finish.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Moving up starts right away: you pay the new plan's price less the value of the plan credits you have not used yet, and the new plan's credits arrive at once. Moving to a cheaper plan depends on how the plan is billed: billed by Stripe, you switch on Stripe's page; billed by Waffo, you cancel and choose the cheaper plan once the period you paid for ends. A plan paid in advance for 1 or 12 months is not changed before it ends: you can renew it, or choose another plan when it ends.
